Doodlers sketch or draw letting THEIR IDEAS AND IMAGINATION TAKE THEM WHEREVER THEY WANT TO GO! Besides being fun, doodling may lead to new ideas, inventions and innovations! Doodling is creative, can generate ideas and help us slow down and relax. Scientists have found that doodling improves concentration, memory and creativity while providing relief from stress.
