Prism
In geometry, a prism is a solid, three-dimensional shape that is bound on all its sides by flat faces, not curved. To be called a prism, this object must also have identical, parallel tops and bottoms.
If you hang one of these prisms in a window, when sunlight hits it, you will see a rainbow on your wall. Nature often reveals the effects of a prism in the form of a rainbow. Raindrops can separate sunlight passing through them into 7 colors you can see: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
